WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect two types of information from users of the Sites:

HOW WE STORE AND PROTECT THE COLLECTED INFORMATION

Internal access to the collected information is restricted to Syntext employees who are bound by confidentiality agreements and need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services, and such information is released strictly on a need-to-know basis.

These measures include storage and processing practices as well as physical and electronic safeguards. We depend on our users to correct their personal information whenever necessary. Should a user find inaccuracies in their information or wish to delete such data if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes, the user may contact us.

The Syntext Sites may contain links to other websites. Our Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by the Syntext Sites and does not apply to these third party websites.

OPT-OUT POLICY

Registered users have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving materials from us.

Syntext users who wish to avoid receiving future communications about our services and product information may contact us. Besides, we provide instructions on how to unsubscribe in each of our emails.

ENFORCEMENT

We regularly review our compliance with this Privacy Policy. Should we become aware that the security of the Sites has been compromised or that a user’s personally identifiable information has been disclosed to a third party in a way not permitted by this Privacy Policy, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures, including but not limited to investigation and cooperation with law enforcement authorities.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on this page and each version of the Privacy Policy will be identified by its effective date.
