Serna Premium Support

Syntext offers an optional Premium Support package for Syntext Serna, which enables you to receive priority technical support and provides you with free updates, including major versions, for one year from the date of purchase.

Currently, you must purchase Premium Support at the same time as the product.



Services Included:

Technical Support

Technical support is provided via e-mail. Syntext will respond to your inquires within 1-2 business days (US and Russian holidays excluded).

Maintenance

During the support period we encourage you to report problems or errors related to Serna usage. If Syntext determines that a reported reproducible error exists in the software and seriously impairs its usability, Syntext agrees to make a reasonable effort to correct the problem or provide a usable work-around solution in the upcoming update or maintenance release. The timing of updates and releases is entirely at Syntext's discretion.

Free Updates

You are entitled to receive all Syntext Serna releases and updates for the duration of the Support period, which may or may not include additional features. You will be entitled to receive both minor and major product releases. Syntext reserves the right to request payment of the price difference between major releases.
