Ordering
Q: How can I buy Serna XML Editor?
A: Please contact salessupport@infotrustgroup.com. In some cases, there is a special purchasing procedure. For information about Serna SDK purchase, please contact salessupport@infotrustgroup.com.
Q: Do you accept purchase orders?
A: Yes, we do. Please contact salessupport@infotrustgroup.com to request a quote. Then send us your purchase order and we will send you your invoice. Invoices are usually sent out within 1-2 business days after placing the order. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice.
Payment Methods
Q: How do I pay?
A: Payment for products and services can be made by credit card, wire transfer, or some other pre-arranged payment method.
Support
Q: Is support purchase mandatory or optional?
A: The Maintenance and Support Package (MSP) is mandatory for the first year, so you must purchase support at the same time as the product. When your MSP expires, you are free to decide whether to renew it or not.
Q: When does my Maintenance and Support Package expire?
A: The Maintenance and Support Package expires in a year after its purchase/renewal.
Q: How can I renew my Maintenance and Support Package?
A: To renew your Maintenance and Support Package (MSP) when it expires, pay the current price of MSP. To renew your Maintenance and Support Package that expired more than 2 months ago, you must purchase the product upgrade.
Product Delivery
Q: How is my software delivered?
A: Serna XML Editor is delivered electronically only. The purchased software license will be sent to you by email as soon as we have received the payment.
Magnetic media, CD, DVD or printed documents and manufacturer's guides are not supplied in physical form and there is no obligation to do so.
Q: Do you charge for shipping?
A: No, we do not charge for shipping since there is no actual shipment of a physical product.
You will setup the Internet connection required for download and bear the costs of using the Internet connection that is required to retrieve the download.

Q: How do you treat my personal information?
A: We reserve the right to use all registrations and personally identifiable user information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Q: Do you offer discounts to educational organizations?
A: Yes, we offer a 50% academic discount.
Q: Do you offer site license discounts?
A: Yes, we offer negotiable site license discounts.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
A: Yes, we offer fixed bulk discounts.
Refunds
Q: Can I get my money back?
A: No. All sales are final and no refunds will be made in accordance with our Return Policy.
Free Trials
Q: Do you offer free trials?
A: Yes, we offer a free 30-day fully-functional trial of Serna Enterprise. You are welcome to try Serna Enterprise before you buy it. Besides, you can request a free license for Serna Free Edition.
Q: Is there any difference between Serna Enterprise Trial and Serna Free Edition?
A: Yes. The trial version works as Serna Enterprise with all the functionality enabled for one month. Serna Free and unregistered version do not have enterprise (corporate) features like WebDAV and SSL support, redlining, etc. See the Feature Matrix for comparison.
